We have built in functionality to do document attachments on some SAP objects, like materials:
https://docs.winshuttle.com/studio-en-20-2-online-help-studio-with-evolve-studio-manager/attach-documents.htm You'll need to have the Winshuttle Function Module installed in the SAP systems to use this functionality.
(1) Simply record an MM02 to open the material then exit.
(2) On the map tab choose to enable document attachments
(3) choose the document attachment type - check with your Basis team if you're not sure
(4) new fields are added to the script at the bottom to do the attachment, as well as a new log field to map the doc attachment message
when you run, it will upload the document and attach it based on the method you selected.
Am not up on the document info record. It may or may not work the same. Take a look to see if it will work for you.
