Hi Dave
Jan had the right idea. There are two dates, from and to validity, and use can use the "today" variable to check the current prices, meaning the day you run the query. (Note in my screen shot I'm using A304, but the same applies to A305)

click on the date icon next to the input field and choose Today. Note I made that input criteria fixed, meaning it will always only pull the current price, but that's optional.

Also if you download the price update template, it includes an example query:

Subject: Current or Effective Pricing Condition
I am attempting to create a Customer query that produces the effective material item price for a given time period. I'm using condition tables KONP and A305 to determine the pricing. Problem is these tables include records for multiple validation "to-from" periods. However, I'm only interested in the current period or a selected period of time. How do I filter out all the records in a query except for the selected period (date) included in the query selection?
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance . . .
