Hi, I'm trying to create a query where I can have the following output:
Division (VBAP)
Sales Org (VBAK)
Sales Doc # (VBAK)
Delivery Doc # (LIKP)
Planned goods issue date (LIKP)
Actual goods issue date (LIKP)

I can't seems to get any result when i use the default link proposed by the system.  Do i need to use doc flow tabe (VBFA) in between to link the two and how do i use it?

Hi Carmen,

Sales Order number <> Delivery doc number, so this is one case where auto joins don't work.

VBFA would work, or VBRP, which is what I've used.  It includes the Invoice number, too.

Thanks Sigrid.  Besides the Sales order doc # and Delivery doc #, I also need the field WADAT and WADAT.IST from the LIKP table. 
Once I bring in the LIKP table and added those two fields, I can't pull any data.​​

As I mentioned above, please make sure SO document number is not linked to Delivery document number - they are not the same #, even if the field names are the same - so please undo that link.  Please link the Delivery number to the above mentioned delivery number.
If you're still stuck, please include a screen shot of how things are linked and I can point to it.

Ok, so I linked the VGBEL (delivery #) in VBRP to VBELN in LIKP and it's working now :)
