Subject: How to manage the case of optional field
Hi Olivier
Another way is to use an IF statement - IF field is not blank, upload, otherwise do nothing.
It will end up looking like this

It will only upload a delivery date (in your case incoterms) if not blank.
HTH,
Sigrid

Subject: How to manage the case of optional field
Hello,
I'm new user of Winshuttle.
I have to create a script for Quotation creation (VA21).
When we create a quotation on SAP, the field INCOTERM is pre-filled from customer master data (standard way of working of SAP).
On my script, I have put the field 'INCOTERM' in order to fill this data from the xls sheet => the purpose is to manage the case when the data to be used for the quotation has to be different than the data coming from customer master data.
My issue is that, when I put blank value on the xls sheeet, the value coming from customer master data is updated by this blank, and I lose the data coming from customer.
My expectation is be to be able to use the value from xls sheet, only if it is not blank.
Do you know how I can manage it?
Regards
