    HI!
I've found template for standard contract.
But is there template or instructions for creating Service contracts using Service master lines.
So the contract would include several item lines and each item line can contain multiple service master lines.

    Hi Sami

No there isn't.   I have a demo I built with ME31K, but no service lines.

I tried to look at the service lines, but I don't seem to have the right setup/config.  Even though I'm using service materials, it keeps throwing an error that I can only do that with service items, which I thought I was doing.

I suggest you try recording it for yourself, and then if you experience issues or have questions, post back here or open a support ticket.
    - click add enter lines
    - add entry on line 2, which always becomes available when you click enter lines
    - without pressing enter, click item and services from the top menu
    - From there I can't help you without seeing what is on the screen.

    Best Regards,
    Sigrid

    Hi Sami,

Do you mean where you can have subgroups sitting below the main screen line items?

I have created the script attached for ME32K which will add Services to a OA Subgroup but you need to have the Outline Agreement header data, line item and Subgroups already created.

    Thanks

I have managed to create recording which is creating  two main item lines and under each item, two service lines. But then converting that to working loops is not working.  I couldn't get this Me32k approach working.

    Hi Sami,

Sounds like you may have to look at a nested loop. The script will get pretty complex if you are going to create the OA header data and then start adding in lines with subgroups underneath it.

For our use case we might have 10 sub groups with thousands of service lines for each subgroup, rather than try and create a complex script to accommodate initial OA creation, it's makes more sense for our users to create the OA header with the subgroups they want and then use Winshuttle to maintain the thousands of Service Masters under the subgroups.

    HI!
We've found solution with our Winshuttle helpdesk.
There needs to be two loops, as I already figured. But the actual script was quite simple, my original recording had few extra clicks which are not needed.

    Hi Sami
That's great news!  Support is terrific!
Would you be willing to attach the script here, to help others who have the same question in the future?  No pressure :)
    Best Regards,
