    Hello,
    Posting here to see if anyone else out there in the Winshuttle universe bumped into and overcame this issue. I do have a support ticket open, but nothing suggested has worked.

    I have two license holders who are trying to re-install Winshuttle. One has a new computer, the other is on the same computer as before. Other users recently assigned a license have had no issue installing the software.

    The errors are attached below.

    Things we have tried:
    1) Validated SAP GUI is compatible with version being downloaded
    2) Went into all download folders and deleted any Winshuttle files and folders from the locations:
    • C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Roaming\Winshuttle\
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Winshuttle\
    • C:\Program Files \Winshuttle\
    • C:\ProgramData\Winshuttle\

    Error still persists. I appreciate any hints anyone may provide. Thank you!

    Support is your best resource for installation issues, so it's good you have a ticket opened.

    On other thought - have they tried to uninstall Studio prior to the install?  That's another suggestion from the support site:  https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023689451-ERROR-Could-Not-Install-Winshuttle-TRANSACTION
