  • 1.  Adding contact persons using XK02 without overwriting existing ones

    Hi,

    Is there anybody out there that can share some knowledge with me (perhaps ready made templates) how I can add contact persons WITHOUT overwriting existing ones - using XK02 ?

    Hi Andy -

    Include a last page and then next page action in your recording and then enter the new entry on the bottom most line of the grid. Even though if you don't have enough lines it will look like it does nothing, when there are enough lines and a full page, it will do the required movement.

    Hi Andy,

    I would recommend using t-code VAP1 to create new contacts and VAP2 for updating existing contacts.  Attached are the two scripts I created to handle the creation/update.
