  • 1.  SAP MM01 - extend classification view error

    hi team,

    i'm trying to extend the materials to the classification view as per attached steps but getting error.
    please advise how to get over this error. thanks.

    Try changing the Max number of hits to 1. That should only show final_output_torque

    hi Suthagar, I usually create and update u number of materials in one go. For classification I have a MM01 followed by a MM02, so if a material does not exist yet, I create necessary data and if it does, data will be extended. Next to Jennifers remark about the 1 max hit, I also check for first transaction.

    Hi Suthagar

    Besides the excellent suggestions from my colleagues in this thread, please put an IF around this part of the script with the pop-up for class type and only do it for the first transaction

    You will only be prompted once for it.

    Note in this screen shot I also used the filter on the pop-up, so that I know for sure which class type I'm choosing:
    there's a dropdown to pick first transaction
    it ends up looking like this


    Again, for the first material, the class type selection will pop-up.  For all subsequent materials, it will not.
