Hello Everyone,

When I schedule a chain scripts in background and suppose stop in between. Then all associated excel file where data suppose to download become lock to edit. In task manager also nothing that can bring excel in editable mode back.

Means I cant run chain script again until excel sheet comes in editable mode.

So normally do restart of laptop, which is very painful to do every time.

Seeking advice here from expert.

For chaining, please

• test all of your scripts separately, ensuring they are pointing to the right file, sheet, etc 
• then chain, specifying the proper chain settings: https://docs.winshuttle.com/studio-en-20-2-online-help-studio-with-connect/link-scripts-qs.htm
• once everything is tested, then publish (or submit to Foundation/Evolve)
• if any of the above is not correct - please unchain and test again - this applies for query and transaction/direct scripts

If you're followed all of these steps already and this issue is occurring, please open a support ticket to get assistance, as this should not typically happen.
