Yes, I tried it too, and that screen does not work to capture a row selection. That table does not have any background enabled fields to be able to be selected, even as a cursor position, to select that row. And there's no other option to select all or anything. So really the only option of capturing that would be to use Gui scripting recording mode.

Thats what i talked about in my post, it's complete inaceptable to give my workpackageleader a sheet with 300K rows to find what they need and update the data. Compared, to the output in the query mode, i get 18K Equipments, so far and as well 18K lines, thats also a lot but with excel they could use the filter functions. No idea why it's not possible to activate the row in the subscreen? But thx again, i was at that point also, with the BAPI Method but thats not what we want.

I've always used this Query using a logical database (LDB) instead. So this is another option for you to try. You can change the operator of the equipment number field, my example is using a like but you can change it to = for a single equipment, of between for a range, for IN to point to a list of equips.

Hi Community, since weeks i try to extract the class information from our equipment.Query and direct isn't the needed output coz 300K rows in excel is very unsexy and not really nice to handle. so i tried to export it from IE05 and it work's nearly great, till that pop-up is comming to select the layout "AGAIN" coz it has no value when it's loaded in the beginning (see the red arrow's). Problem is i can't aktivate the second time the row with the layout it won't be recorded...and that's desperating. The only way to activate that row is with a mouse click and that click is not recorded.
Any idea how to get there, imo the solution would be a great way to get the information pretty easy with a time schedule job each night so u could process the info in further reports very nice.
