I'm struggling to determine how to write a Winshuttle script that appends text to the end of existing long text.  I would like it to be a new line at the end of the existing text.

My script is cancelling a work order and it's associated notification (setting user statuses to CANC and TECOing the work order).  I want to append the reason why I am cancelling the work order at the end of the work order long text.  I am using Winshuttle Studio version 12.

Hi Susan

You could use our WFM way to record, where you download, then append the text and upload:  https://docs.winshuttle.com/studio-en-12-1-x-online-help-studio-w-connect/12/Record-long-text.htm
Or you can record by opening the line editor and:

1. click to go to the bottom of the page
2. click to go to last page (step 1 and 2 are used in case you have a lot of lines of text)
3. position cursor on the last row and click LINE to insert a line

When you hit enter, the 2nd row has a new line where you can add your text.
