You had the gist of it, but there were several things to update. The most important part was mapping the item number in both POITEM and POITEMX - see all below
the single loop simplifies it
you MUST map the item number of POITEM
and POITEMX - you can map to the same column
set Delete_IND in ITEMX to X and make it fixed
no need for PO Header - unless you're changing something there
ensure you check commit required on the workspace tab
no need to zero pad either the PO number nor the item number field - the default is zero pad, but that may not be a factor
