I am really new to Winshuttle and my first project is to create a process to update the run rate and planned quantity on future process orders. The run rate is the Base Quantity from the routing (PLPO.BMSCH).

I finally got a query that returns the process orders, but it is not the query I want.
1) I cannot get the resource code that the planners use without adding several tables and intermediate joins.
2) It takes 2 1/2 minutes to run.
3) And the real problem is the value for PLPO.BMSCH is not the correct value.

Has anyone tackled this problem before?
Are there any suggestions for what I need to be looking for?
I am new enough that I am still learning the SAP tables side. We haven't been allowed to use SE16 and all my SAP interaction has been through HANA models or SAP transactions.

I am sure that I didn't provide enough information, please chalk that up to my inexperience and I welcome feedback.

This not my area of expertise.  You mention process orders, table PLPO (as far as I know it stores task list data), and routings.

Where can you view what it is you're trying to extract and update, please?  Maybe a tcode and screen shot would would help narrow it down a bit.

I get to the data to update it via COR2  and it is a couple of levels down.

1. Enter the process order number 
2. Select Operations
3. Double click on row with the activity
4. Open the StandardVals tab.
   1. 

We need to change both the Operation Quantity and the Base Quantity on the process order.
We can actually use PostRead Master Data under the Menu Item Process Order> Functions to update the Base Quantity, but it doesn't change the Operation Quantity.

I believe that production versions may be a factor. And I am looking for how to incorporate them.

I know that we could use a COR2 transaction recording to change the process orders individually, but I am looking for a method to do many process orders  in a single process - 

• Query for the process orders to change
• Update the values in the Excel cells
• Push the updates to SAP

After working some more today - I am leaning toward the recipe being  used.

But I don't know yet, what tables to add to get the correct recipe being used. I am still poking around/

Hello Russel,
indeed routings are challenging in regards to table joins. When writing "PLPO-BMSCH wrong value" did you execute the complete joins? We aren't on SAP HANA but maybe below helps you to proceed.
MAPL - PLKO - PLAS - PLPO where you would need to join from PLAS to PLPO on node - PLAS-PLNKN equal PLPO-PLNKN.
Or using SAP logical database PNM which includes all necessary joins but has performance opportunities.
