    Hello Everyone,

    I'm trying to get a portion of the results of a log field after 'Winshuttle Update' plug-in node runs the shuttle.(this plug-in is set to wait till finished)  The rule that lives in the log field is when updated take a substring of the log and enter it into another field.  When this wasn't working I tried the value set node with the formula but that didn't work.  Tried the Set Form Data plug-in and it also didn't work.  I've added a helper field that should execute the rule found in the log field when it is updated and when it is updated via Set Form Data the field updates but the rules still don't execute.  If I try to run the winshuttle via button the fields fill out as they should and it procs all the rules as expected.  

    Is there something wrong in the workflow or something I can do to get the rules to proc without the form being actively open?

    Right, rules on fields require the form to be opened. You should be able to promote the log field and then use the Set Column plugin node with $RegExpExtract to copy the portion you need to the other column. Might work with a value setter, but haven't tested.
