Hello,
We have a script to update partners on sales orders. Given the partner will be located in a different position from order to order, we are using a GUI script with the IF indicator to find the partner to change.

The shuttle works fine for two colleagues (one on 750 and one 760, both using version 12), just using the partner abbreviation. However, one colleague (using 760 and version 12) needs to populate the partner abbreviation and text in the load file for the shuttle to work. Everyone has the "show keys within dropdown lists" box checked in SAP options.

Is there anything else we should be looking at?

Have you considered using a BAPI instead?  I've attached an example Direct-based script.
