  • 1.  User is having issues whenever they try to run a transaction Script

    I have a user who tries to run a transaction script.  Each time they do the receive an error message that states "SAP GUI was closed"  and the script stops.  Has anyone seen this before?  Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

    We are on Studio version 12.

    Hi Kevin

    What kind of script are they trying to run?  Was it recording via GUI scripting?  Do they have permission for that tcode?

    Also, you might check their GUI settings, such as:

    I suggest you open a support ticket if the above checks out.

    It is a standard non batch.  He does have access.  I will check on the other items.  Thank you.
