  • 1.  SU01 User Maintenance

    Looking for help on SU01 after saving changes or creating a final window pops up to put in the change number and notes of the change. In standard mode and Batch mode the recording will not show the text field but will show the requester field. Only in GUI will the text show up. Would like to use standard or batch mode if posable. Any recorded WUGs that may have tips and tricks for SU01 or templates? Not much information on SU01 t-code thought Winshuttle that I could find other then the few posts in the Winshuttle community.

    Hi Benjamin

    Unfortunately I don't get a window like that to try in our SAP systems with SU01. 

    It may be a customization in your company.  Depending on how that was done, we may encounter limitations on what can be captured in standard recording modes.

    There may be BAPIs available, but I'm not sure you'll be able to enter the data in the pop-up there either, unless it's been added to the BAPI.

    If those fields need to be captured and updated, I think you'll have to stick with GUI scripting.
