  • 1.  "Service For Object" not showing when recording template

    Trying to attached some notes when creating new asset through " Service for Object" -- Add notes
    When checking in SAP HANA, there is a header " Service for Object" but when record the process in Winshuttle, it does not show up.
    is that because the SAP version running though Winshuttle is different to SAP HANA?

    Hi Evan

    Can you please provide a bit more information.

    Are you use AS01/2?  Please note I only see the Services for Objects on AS02 in my S4 1909 system.

    You also didn't share the recording mode.  You will only see it in GUI Scripting mode.  I just did a test with private note, and it worked.

    Hi Sigrid,
    thanks for your reply. I was using AS02 and tested many times. Services for Objects shows in SAPGUI, but does now show when record the transactions.
    For some reason, I cannot attach or insert any screenshot here. I have tried Chrome, IE and Edge browser.

    Sorry you haven't been able to make it work.

    You didn't mention recording modes.  Have you tried to swap recording modes to GUI Scripting?  That's the only mode where it shows up.
