Hi, this is my first post and I am a new user of Winshuttle so please excuse my newness and if I need further support on this!
The field is actually the 'po box postal code' on the general data section which is mapped on my create new ship-to customer script and because I now want to reuse the script to extend an existing customer to another sales organization I have marked this section (& some others) as skip if not present as this screen will not appear when extending a ship-to customer using VD01, can you help why this error would be appearing? Thank you

Hi Kelly,

welcome.
I would suggest to first run this script in debug mode.
In that way you can exactly see where the error shows up.
Maybe there is a another field which is giving the error.

Hi Jan and thank you for the warm welcome. 
I ran in debug mode and this is the error that is appearing on my SAP screen during debugging, and 'Fill out all required entry fields' appears on my winshuttle log.

Hello Kelly,

I resolved that same issue by recording in batch mode.   The screen may not appear the same as in standard mode but usually, all fields are unhidden.  The is no to hit the + to open a hidden field.
