I originally posted this on May 21^st and wondered why it had not been answered and after reviewing it I realised the text was missing so I will start again ☹. I since have realised that when I add attachments the header text disappears, this happened again when I tried to re post, what am i doing wrong?

Due its complexity and getting different screens when recording QP01 I was advised to use a function module to do the updates (BAPI_INPECTIONPLAN_CREATE)

I eventually managed to get it to work except for the long text. I can add the short description and or long text for the header but the long text for characteristics does not work.

 Please could you review and advise

if someone can reply and advise how I add the scrip and data file to the post as the upload option is no longer available once i have posted.
