    I am trying to use Winshuttle AutoRun to kick off an Excel Workbook.  The overall status shows completed, but the AutRun status shows InProgress, see screen shot below.  Anyone know how to resolve this?  Once the runner hits submit we want the AutoRun to complete the update to SAP.

    Hi Christina

    Support may be able to help you debug this.

    In general
    - excel workflows, you may need a WAIT node with a brief wait (a few seconds) before moving to the 1st active workflow task.  
    - Since you are doing an autorun at the start, do you need a workflow?  You could, instead, just use a run on server or schedule on server?
