APPROVAL FROM EMAIL - Email received by server but task not approved

    Hi

    We have this issue periodically where a user will approve a task from their mail. The mail is sent and is subsequently received by the relevant server. However, the task itself does not update to 'approved'. Can anyone shed some light on this?
