  • 1.  APPROVAL FROM EMAIL - Text returned to form

    Hi
    I've had this issue since we started allowing users to approve via email. When they do, there is text that is returned to the form in place of where the comment would generally appear. This appears for approvals and rejections. How can we fix this?

    Hi Faizee

    There is an alternate setting to change the format via the workflow setting EmailApproval Type

    End users who approve via email will see something like this

    the text the enter will be in plain text.

    Thanks for the information. After following the steps, I still get this:

    Is there any way to get rid of it? It's not as bad as it was.

    Hi Faizee 

    When I set EmailApprovalType to 'delimited', I do not see additional HTML markup in process history.



    Perhaps you can open a support ticket.  They may able to provide assistance beyond what I can.
