Hello,

We just started with PP. I created the Routing and trying to add the operation activity. I am using the FM ROUTING_MAINTAIN and keep getting error "Started loading task list header and its subobjects Task list header (type N, group 50027915, counter 01) and subobjects loaded Invalid maintenance mode ''. Changes discarded due to errors". Can someone help me...

Have you confirmed in SE37 that it works appropriately?

The fields from the Operations_X table, all those fields (General Flag), should be set to fixed values with "X", and not mapped to the related fields in the normal Operations table. Also, I believe the Maint. Task List: Mode field also needs to be set to "X". Please give that a try.

Is there a reason you need to use the FM instead of the CA02 transaction? CA02 is fine to record for Operations.

I tried in CA02 but I could not get the activity work properly so I created a GUI script and that seems to work but it is so slow.

My SAP Sr ask me try BAPI or the FM, that's when I found this FM. I needed to upload the Operation Activity for about 60K skus and the activity is different for each item category. 

I attached the CA02 (Standard) Script and the error message. If you could help with this standard script error and I will delete the FM script. 

I did change in the FM and still getting the same error.

I've attached an example CA02 that should work fine. Please feel free to make changes, as needed.

Your CA02 did not have the loop set up correctly. You had 10 line items being entered within your loop, but when you have a loop it should only contain a single line item being entered. That loop could then be repeated 10 times to enter in 10 line items, not itself contain 10 items.  I recommend referring to this recorded WUGinar for general best practices on loops:

Hi Vani -

That's a data related issue on your end related to that Control Key. Control key is not included in the script I had sent because it was not included in the CA02 you had originally sent. If you need that field you will need to enable it in the script and add it to the excel as well. That message is suggesting that if you use that Control Key, you'll need to enter in the external processing data details.
