If you're a WF admin, you'll see this under settings

Once open you'll see Configure Options

you can then search enter all or part of the setting and change display keys to all available keys and click search. Once you see it below, you can click on it to change the setting.


It's also an executable on the Foundation server, but this method makes it easier to get to.

Thanks so much to both for getting back to me. May I ask where can I get to BusinessCalendar configuration key? If we can remove weekends and holidays from due date calculation it would also be helpful. I googled it and saw it's under Winshuttle Workflow SV Configurator , is that the correct place? How can we access this SV Configurator?

Josh is correct. The holidays and weekends can be removed from the due date, but it doesn't stop the job that sends emails from running during non business hours.
This would be a great enhancement request. You can open one on support.winshuttle.com. Note that business participants are sometimes in different time zones/countries with different work hours and holidays, so this could get complex.
