You have a couple of different options. If you are using a not super old version of Studio and have the WFM installed on your SAP system, then you could use the built-in Winshuttle functionality for creating or reading long text using a t-code. You can actually use ME52N or ME53N.
If that does not work, then you could try the extraction by query way, but you would have to provide the individual details of the type of long text you are trying to extract, and then feed in the PR numbers as one of the criteria, and you would want to use an IN operator since you want to look at list of PRs. Also seems like the leading zeros need to be included in the PR number in your list provided, not just pad the 0s using query itself.
