  • 1.  Usage Report Export

    I have tried several times to export a usage report. It displays a message that I will receive an email, but this never happens. Is there an error with this feature?

    Hi Chris-- Using the Export button works for me using Chrome. I wonder if that only works up to a certain number of lines, though? I don't think that I've gotten it to send me an email with the usage report either, but I can't say that for sure.

    Update--I tried the email function and it worked for me. It took about 10 minutes to get the email, which was from Winshuttleprod@pattersoncompanies.com. Sharing that in case yours is set up similarly. This was minimally helpful at best, but I wish you luck anyway.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I did indeed check my spam folder as well as check for files in the WS download section. It appears as though the file is never created. So no email to find in spam, or anywhere.

    Nothing shows up. It has worked for me in the past, but now I do not get anything back. I do get the message that I will receive an email. But that message clears after a few minutes and then nothing...

    Hi Chris -

    It does sound strange. I would open up a Support ticket, just in case.  Nothing in your user profile has changed, correct? Like you haven't had your reporting rights taken away?
