    Dear all,

    We have recently started using Winshuttle Foundation 12.1, and I'd like to learn more about Winshuttle Workflow Administrator. Does anyone have a good document on what are the main functionalities of Workflow Administrator and in what scenarios would it be needed?

    I have found the online help for workflow administrator but wondering if there is a summary of the major functionalities so we can decide whether to start using it.

    I'll let the Winshuttle peeps answer on whether there is ancillary documentation outside of help.winshuttle.com (I'm not aware of any). 

    Workflow Administration is not optional if you plan on using forms and workflow. The admin site is the only place to see svservice queue jobs and statuses, enable workflow logging and retrieve those logs, schedule archiving and maintenance jobs, and some various other administrative commands.

    I'm typically on it several times a week outside of scheduled maintenance windows reviewing jobs to assist our solution developers.

    Thanks so much for the reply. It helped a lot. We better start learning how to use it then.

    What kinds of jobs can be scheduled in workflow admin? Is it an auto-run job, or jobs to manage workflow logs? 
    Could workflow admin help with trouble shoot if anything went wrong with a workflow request?

    Are there any trainings for Workflow Admin? I didn't find any in 'Training Resources'.
