Hi Bala

I think you have some extra screens here in the script after selecting the views, which is leaving the script lost when you get the pop-up for the plant/stor loc.
You pick the views right before this 

but then you have 3 more screens with enter - including re-picking the 17th view
To disable, go to the green (yellow) rows and uncheck the enable to see something like this - so uncheck enable on rows 27, 30 & 33

That will leave you with something that looks like this, i.e. after you picked the 17th view and hit enter, it will go directly to the next screen. which is the plant/stor loc

Running in debug mode, now the script is in sync with SAP and will load the plant/stor loc

Glad it worked, Bala!  I sometimes record extra enters or inadvertent selections.  It's easy enough to edit, or sometimes re-record.   You'll know something went wrong when running in DEBUG mode when there is not pop-up with an OK code.  It means the script is on an unexpected screen.
