In an on-going effort to provide the best learning experience, we are pleased to announce that we have updated the Beginner Level EnterWorks eLearning courses designed for all User Roles. This renovated series has been enriched with seven new courses created to guide any EnterWorks user on their ongoing learning journey of the UI and its functionality. We have kept our focus on ensuring that all learners can build on their knowledge in a self-paced and self-driven environment with high-quality content, use-cases, and assessments. Below you will find a short description of what to expect in each course.
Introduction to EnterWorks Master Data Management - This course has been designed to provide a high-level summary of the EnterWorks tool and how it supports MDM. This includes lessons on using EnterWorks (how EnterWorks functions), issues that EnterWorks addresses, key features, domains, and logging into the UI.
Overview of the EnterWorks User Interface - This course has been designed to provide a brief introduction to the EnterWorks UI. Elements covered include key terms, components, primary functions of the EnterWorks UI, and processes within the UI. Many of the items introduced in this course are covered in greater detail throughout this series.
Managing Records and Content - This course has been designed to provide a detailed introduction to managing records and content in EnterWorks. This includes lessons on creating, deleting, and editing records, using and modifying linked records, managing content through import and export, and the job monitor.
Reviewing Records and Content - This course has been designed to provide a detailed introduction to reviewing records and content in EnterWorks. This includes lessons on reviewing records in the repository view and view types, reviewing records in the detail editor, preferences, validation, and record history.
Organizing Records and Content - This course has been designed to provide a detailed introduction to organizing records and content in EnterWorks. This includes lessons on using saved sets, taxonomy categorization, and hierarchy classification.
Searching for Records and Content - This course has been designed to provide a detailed introduction to finding records and content in EnterWorks. This includes lessons on searching in the repository view, searching in the detail editor, filtering, advanced search, and saved searches.
Reporting on Records and Content - This course has been designed to provide a detailed introduction to reporting on records and content in EnterWorks. This includes lessons on promotions, dashboard reporting widgets, channel readiness, and correction files.
