  • 1.  Access to 10.6 processed form lists after moving to Composer v12

    So, I posed this question to Winshuttle and (of course) they are pushing it out to engineering.   Here is what we would like to do:

    We are moving to v12 Composer / Foundation with our forms.   Our business clients would like read-only access to the 3000+ processed requests (forms) they have submitted in the past for audit type purposes (view request, see who/when processed, etc.).  These are on the 10.6 Central sharepoint site as post-process infopath forms in sharepoint list with same name as the form.     I tried exporting/importing the sharepoint list as mentioned in the Winshuttle website, but apparently that is only for migrating sharepoint data source lists and not lists of processed legacy forms.    Is there a way to migrate this old list to the new sharepoint site - or do we need to keep the legacy site up and running for viewing processed forms?

    Hi Bob -

    Your Support ticket has been updated with recommendations. 

    These are the needed steps:
    • run the archive command for the forms in the old environment and they end up in a list/library
    • then migrate the contents of that list/library to the new environment

    The form is not part of the list until archived. Once archived the form is generated as an mht file. That is what can then be viewed.

    Right now you are trying to view through the menu associated with the list entry, and that is no longer valid, because since the list was moved the data being referenced is no longer in that workflow db.

    Hi Jennifer.   I am not too familiar with Sharepoint and the archive functionality you are referencing.   Originally I followed a winshuttle support post to export to a list template.   Do you have a page with detailed instructions on how to archive the list of processed forms and how to export?  Or could you please detail those steps.  I have updated the ticket with these questions as well.
