One other thought, Sean.
If you just want to know if anything is future dated - you could record PA30:
- choose infotype 1
- hit the overview
- feed row 1 into the input box at the bottom and/or just select the first row
- click edit and return the start and end dates.
That will tell you if there are any future dated entries. But it won't tell you if there are several future dated entries - just that there is at least one.

Subject: Cost centre check and update in PA IT0001
Hi All,
I am trying to do a bulk upload for cost centre records held in PA IT0001 org assignment. What is the best way to do this utilizing winshuttle. Some of the changes are back dated to say 01.10.2019 . I have a script already but what I am wanting to do is avoid overriding any future dated records already in place starting after 01.10.2019.If the end date for the upload is 31.12.9999 winshuttle seems to override any future date records that already exist in IT0001 and this causes problems with data integrity. Is there a way to use the winshuttle studio to validate if a future dated record exists in IT0001 before doing the upload?
Thanks
Sean
