    Hi Ron

Can you provide a little more detail please? what are you trying to extract? and when you say cumulate, are you talking adding together data within multiple fields so it appears as one field? or something else.

    many thanks

For example from LIKP I select a certain date and made a join to LIPS.
From Lips I need the total from lgmng added per matnr.

if you have a primary key then Query should be able to link the tables?

Im not familiar with the LIKP/LIPS fields im afraid, im more the Material master side than Customer.

The primary key between the tables is the delivery (vbeln).

In LIKP, I choose the delivery date (kodat).

    HI Ron

    In general for output:

    1. you can either download a report, which is summarized to the level of detail you need - if it exists.   You can write a script to do this, although often it requires GUI scripting when dealing with the pop-up on where to save it.
    2. you can extract the details and use a pivot table to summarize it.  I've used this option on occasion.  I create a table for the detailed output, then refer the pivot to that table.  Then all you have to do is click refresh data and the pivot will be updated.   Note you can map to the pivot to then run another script, a needed.

    Hope this helps,
    Sigrid
