  • 1.  *.EAR Files

We are about to upgrade from Infogix 9.2 to 9.3 and wanted to start using the EAR files from Assure, Insight, and Perceive to migrate up instead of running the scripts that we have done since 2014.  How do we go about this and where can we find the EAR files for 9.3?

    Adam,

The ear file is built within a "temp" directory during the deployment process.

That being said, the deploy script performs more than a simple create / install of this ear file to the application server.

For example, it builds the data sources, queues, configuration files, etc..

Because of this, migrating the ear file as you describe is not a tested or recommended approach.
