    Is there anything in the ER product that would allow translation to another language (outside of English) for customer letters?

    Hi Felicia,

    Are you looking for the product itself to be in another language, or the letters generated from the letter templates?

    Custom letters ( written by "recon admins" ) are generated by letter templates ( written by "rule writers" ).
