    Hello,

Has anyone used Assure in an environment involving a mix of on-premise databases, file systems, message queues, etc and a similar set of services on AWS? How good is Assure in connecting to and working with AWS services?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to respond and sharing your expertise.

    Hi Jay,

Customers that have a mix of on-prem data sources and Assure AWS cloud deployments are pretty standard.  Assure utilizes the client to deploy locally and communicate back to Assure in the cloud through a VPN.  For more information on the client, you can refer to the Client Installation Guide.

We are on Assure 9.2 and we use a lot of DB2 connections (Unix and zOS), Teradata, Hive, SQL, Oracle, reading message queues, using assure's INPUTQ, accepting REST API, reading all sorts of files, using Assure client within our network. Our Assure is installed internally, not on Infogix's Cloud though.
