    Can this url  http://<host:port>/casapi/services/GetControlPointResult  retrieve certain records if the record is provided thru the api call? 

    If File ABC with count of 10 is in assure control data, can API retrieve this specific info as a response back to the API?

    The PDF covers details on the "GetControlPointResult" specifically. In the scenario you describe, a "Catalog ID" will be required for the API to respond with the desired results.
