Allow users to adjust the font within Enterprise Recon, mainly the size of the text that is displayed within the ER system.

This change will allow end users that have vision problems with the ability to increase the size of the text that appears within the ER system so that they can see the data more clearly.

Upon further inspection it appears that we do have a system setting that can scale the font, at either a system level or according to user desktop windows settings. However with larger font, certain text / screen parts may fall out of view, some screen layout may look strange etc.

The property is "SWING_CLIENT_FONT_SCALE" within the clientconfig.properties ( default value is set to 100 ). If set to nothing, then font scales with user Windows setting, try this first. Otherwise the scale is applied globally.

Once the appropriate setting is reached, the file may be placed within the "config override" directory to ensure it will persist deployments of the application. Further details on this are found within the following article :
