A BRG's Local Library is just that: local to the BRG that they are created within. It is not a universal library created by a user.

If you wish to use the library you created for one BRG inside another, it is simple to do so. You just need to add your previous BRG as a new library to the one you are currently working on.

Under "Graph" --> Edit Base Libraries, add the BRG whose local library has the nodes you want. If the system cannot find it initially you will be asked to locate it. You must specify the actual name of the BRG you want as a new library; you cannot give it some alias and then specify a BRG with a different name. So lets say you have a new BRG "myProject.brg". You would add "myProject" (no .brg) as the base library to your new project.

Your new library 'myProject' will then appear in the library selection/node selection pallete in BRE.

Only nodes within the local library of the added BRG will be visible to you for selection.

If you want to categorize your local library nodes, you can use the BOX functionality. In the Local LIbrary view of your BRG, under "INSERT"-->BOX, you can drop a grouping mechanism (the box), which will group all nodes within it together (if you move the box, everything in it moves).

By double clicking the box, you can bring up it's editor. This gives you the ability to add a LABEL to the box. Say "ZON". This label is the new category for any node inside the box. Now when you add 'myProject' as a library to a new BRG, you will see the category "ZON" available in the node selection pallete under the 'myProject' library.

So, to recap: If you have created a new BRG project, with a local library that you want to add to another project, add that BRG as a base library to the new project. You must use the actual name of the file (no file extension though). If you want to categorize the nodes in a library, use the BOX mechanism. This will group nodes by the label of the BOX under teh Category section of the node selection pallete in BRE.
