Sree - I'd recommend you reach out to the Lavastorm team and arrange for some training. A lot of these questions are covered in the training that I consider mandatory for all my employees and when I onboard them.

Lavastorm has a good training program and some excellent videos/tutorials you'll find as links in the forums. Forums are a great place to get information. However, they cannot be used as a method of training. You'll just end up coming up with new problems and unable to solve and keep posting here.

I'm not an employee of Lavastorm - but a Technical Lead for a team that implement solutions in LAE. I frequently come here to contribute as I feel its important to give back knowledge and help others.
I've been around LAE since around 2008/2009 and still have plenty to learn. However, I learnt the most of my knowledge from the training I recommended.
