    Wayne, we saw this as well; unfortunately after the release was put into the wild. It will be fixed in the next release, which should be out in the next couple of days. It is a result of a " being copy and pasted from something like Word, where it isn't an actual ASCII " but rather a word specific one. In LAE 4.6.1, we will deal with that more gracefully.
