    If you get an error what is the error?
    This could be due to one of a number of reasons - most likely causes are due to connecting to a different server than where the graph was run (and where the results are stored), or that someone has cleared the status of the nodes, or cleared the temp files that the nodes rely on, however you are opening a graph with old status...

    If there is no error, then it could be a case that somehow the UI is getting launched incorrectly, and is not able to locate the brd viewer....

    It feels like it might be a configuration problem with your bre.ini.
    I think it would be best to get in touch with your Lavastorm support contact to try & work through this issue.
    It could be helpful to provide the output of the console log window within BRE when you attempt to view the data.
    This appears in the same location as the normal node "palette" if you hit F8 within BRE.
