Having worked with a certain graph for over a week the strangest thing happened.

The Grapgh stopped working(connected pins went red and it all stopped responing).
I clicked the save button, so that i would be able to restart the graph, and hopefully be able to work normally again.

However, when i clicked the shortcut, the BRG was gone.
No trace of it whatsoever and just the BRP-file to indicate that there had actually been a BRG before.

Now i have the Backupteam to try to locate the file from yesterday, so hopefully is "just" todays work that is affected.

Has anyone seen this before?

I don't know that I've seen the exact circumstance you're referring to, but there should be an "autosave" copy of the graph in your BRAINSCRATCH folder.

In case we see or hear something else like this, I'd just like to gather a bit of information. What version of the LAE were you running? Where were you saving the graph to? Is it possible there were odd permissions on this directory? We have seen BRE have problems when the security on the directory and file is set up in a very unusual manner, such that you have write permission on the file, but not on the directory. This doesn't sound like that, however, as you stated you were working on this graph for a week; presumably saving all along. Please let us know if this reoccurs, and what actions you were doing right before the hang, if that seems consistent as well.

I recovered a copy from the BAK-file in Brainscratch, so everything is fine.

I am running 4.5.4.0. Build 376.
The graph is stored on a ordinary network drive and run on the Localhost.
I will get back to you if it happens again..
