    Do you get any errors when attempting to open the graph?
    If you zip up the file is it still over the 5mb limit? One suggestion to get this uploaded is to open in Notepad and split out the contents into separate files - then upload for us to see.

    As a general practice, I prefer to store large amounts of data on the server, rather than within the graph itself.
    As Simon mentioned, you could use Notepad to remove a chunk of any large Static Data node, and then a) move that data to the server and b) have a smaller graph that you post here.
