    The file to attach field you must put the entire path and file name of the file you want attached to the email. The difference between Field and Literal value for each of the other parameters means the value is explicitly typed by you, or it is derived from a field that is in the input pin. Look at the example attached here, Subject and MessageBody are taken from the input pin but ToAddress is your email typed into the node from me. You'll have to put in your own SMTP details on the Connection tab. The graph attached is for v6.1.
