Here's another customer example that I think would be useful for others. The idea is to split up an output into pre-specified chunks. So if you specify a chunk size of 100, then a 973 record output will result in 10 files - the first 9 will have 100 records, the last will have 73.

The download works for me by left-mouse clicking on the file name (you may have to log in first). If you right-mouse click and try to "save as" you will download the PHP file, and not the actual file you intended to receive.

I also get the same issue when I'm using Internet Explorer 11 to download an attachment from the forum. If you have another browser installed (e.g. Chrome, Firefox) the left-click option works as described above.

If you have no option but to use IE then you can still download the file, rename it to have a recognizable filename and add the .brg extension. It can then be opened in the Lavastorm application
