    It continues to say this and I will try multiple times, and then all of a sudden it will let me in, it's causing a great deal of wasted time

    I've seen this sometimes when I start Lavastorm on an older, slower PC of mine. It takes longer for the Lavastorm service to lower performance of the PC. Waiting a little longer before clicking the "connect" button usually resolves it for me.

    If you don't think that could be the cause of your issue, you may want to reach out to Technical Support for more detailed help for your particular situation.
