    Yes, we have dropped support for all 32-bit versions of Windows starting with LAE 5.1. Windows XP is not supported at all, neither 32- or 64-bit. If you are contemplating an upgrade to LAE 5.1, please reach out to our support organization to determine the best path forward.

    I will do that, however i am a bit concerened that 32-bit windows 7 and 8 has been removed as i would think there are a large number of customers that are still not using the 64-bit varients including us.

    In case anyone stumbles upon this post as I have, please be advised that 32-bit Windows 7 is now officially supported for LAE 5.1.

    The release notes for 5.1 now read:
    For the BRE client and Lavastorm Desktop:
    • Windows 8 (64-bit)
    • Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
