Please advise how to attached excel or word document

Not sure if I understood but here is my answer anyway.


You can import both the files individually and and then use a CAT node to Concatenate these two into one file. After that you can use a filter node to emit the Attributes/Fields as you mentioned.
Once that is done, you can use an Agg Ex node to see the Distinct Month's BI Item trending.
