I have somehow managed to switch my canvas area to show my local library as apposed to the graph and I am unable to switch it back. In the help dialog there is reference to a "Canvas" in the Display mode properties but I am unable to locate this toggle in my Display mode properties.

I found this in the help documentation:


Display Modes control the look and feel of BRE by allowing the user to specify what configuration information is displayed. The initial BRE Display Modes are Edit and Library, though more can be created using the New button on this window. The Display Modes Preferences window has several items that can be configured: Modes - listing of the modes that are configured
Name - name of the mode
Grid Spacing - distance between grid lines
Button Image - image that is shown for the mode
Show - several display items that can be toggeled on and off
Canvas - specifies what is shown in the canvas area (either a business rules graph or the local library)
I/O Coloring - controls display of special colors for node input and output


but i do not have a "Canvas" section in the properties dialogue

It looks like a setting in your bre.ini might have been slightly corrupted...your side palette is extended across your entire screen. Close all running bre's, and edit your bre.ini, which is in your AppData, something like c:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Roaming\Lavastorm\bre. ini

There is a line:

SliderValue XXXX

where XXXX is a number. Change that number to 300, then restart bre, and you should be working. If this re-occurs, please describe the steps you are taking that cause it to happen.
